Masterparts is a large automotive parts wholesaler and retailer that has been in the trade for fifty years. We are opening a Distribution Center in Modderfontein and are looking for experienced and knowledgeable staff.

We are looking for warehouse workers who are accustomed to offloading, picking, and packing large volumes of medium to heavy stock.

The duties may include:

• • • • • Offloading stock.
        • Checking goods received.
        • Moving bulk inventory and packing stock away.
        • Picking of stock.
        • Checking picked and packed store.
        • Packing freight parcels.
        • General Housekeeping of the warehouse (Cleaning and Tidying)
        • Doing periodical stock counts.
        • Security of warehouse.
        • Ad Hoc Duties as required.

Techno Park, Stellenbosch. My client is a world leader in the development of specialised electronic equipment used in sports.  They are seeking to employ a Customer Care Agent who can speak Korean. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first line of support services for their company. Your purpose as a Customer Care Agent will be to assist clients with diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving any issues they might experience with their products.

Key Tasks Include:

• Handle general customer queries
• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems
• Resolve fundamental product technical issues
• Assisting and Training customers on the companies Products and Software
• Handling customer complaints.
• Reporting Customer issues
• Product and Software Testing

Requirements Include:

• Driver’s License Own / reliable transport required
• Fluent in Korean, English, any additional language is a plus
• High school certificate
• Additional certification in Client Services Management a plus
• 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to work shifts and weekends
• Key knowledge of Golf is a plus / or a Golfer
• Strong Technical Skills
