Contract Truck Hire is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Bookkeeper to join our finance team. If you have a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and a strong ability to manage debt collection, we want to hear from you!

🧾 Key Responsibilities

      • Debtors Management: Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
      • Creditors Management: Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time.
      • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
      • Debt Collection: Proactively contact clients regarding overdue accounts using professional communication and persistence.
      • Communication: Handle queries from clients and suppliers with excellent telephone etiquette and written communication.
      • Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports related to debtors, creditors, and cash flow.
