Independent financial advisory firm seeks a Client Relationship Administrator to support new business processes, client data management, and compliance.

Minimum Requirements:
Completed Grade 12
1 or more years’ administration experience (financial services an advantage, not essential)
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with CRM systems (advantageous)
Willingness to learn and grow within the industry
Able to work well in a small, supportive team

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support new business processes: applications, FICA documents, client communication, capturing and saving data correctly
Double-check and verify all client documentation and compliance records
Capture client and policy information into CRM and register accurately
Assist in managing workflows, ensuring all tasks are completed correctly
Provide administrative support to the advisory and compliance teams
Work alongside and learn from a senior administrator
Support the Director and team with process, reporting, and compliance requirements
Participate in ongoing training (FICA, FAIS, product training)
