This role offers the opportunity to oversee and manage key financial functions while playing a vital role in strategic decision-making and compliance within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor budget performance and advise on improvements
• Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Prepare and review company tax returns
• Provide financial insights and analysis to executive leadership
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Work collaboratively across departments to align financial operations with organisational goals

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and relevant legislation
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel and XERO
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
