We are currently seeking a First Line Manager to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements:

·        A relevant Finance qualification is required

·        Quality assurance background will be advantageous e.g. exposure to Six sigma

·        Relevant Management OR Supervisory training is preferable

·        Compulsory 2-4 years’ experience in a finance clerk function (within a logistics environment)

·        Finance First Line Manager acting experience would be an advantage

·        Experience with technology usage (computer capturing, process compliance, data accuracy and pressure)

·        Experience in a managerial and OR supervisory function

·        Experience in Retail /FMCG environment will be advantageous

·        Computer literacy at an advanced level, especially Excel. Knowledge of Oracle will be advantageous
