Job Description

- Remote position (Must have access to WI-FI).
- Assisting members with queries.
- Drafting of policies and procedures.
- Excellent collective bargaining and negotiation skills.
- Drafting of charges for disciplinary enquiries.
- Chairing of disciplinary, incapacity, and poor performance enquiries on all staff levels.
- Drafting outcomes for disciplinary enquiries.
- Representing members at the CCMA or bargaining councils (Conciliations and Arbitration) on all staff levels.
- Facilitating retrenchment and transfer procedures.
- Assist clients with union negotiations.
- Advising and drafting of charges for disciplinary enquiries.
- Chairing of disciplinary, incapacity and poor performance enquiries on all staff levels.
- Managing and implementing retrenchment (189 and 189A) and transfer procedures.
- Assist and advise members on cellective bargaining(Union Negotiations, strike handling amd lockouts, etc).
Candidate Requirements
- LLB/HR or IR Degree or Equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Labour Environment.
- Must have experience in attending to CCMA and the various Bargaining Council matters.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment ACT, Labour Relations Act,Bargaining Council Main Agreement, and Sectoral Determinations, in addition to the application thereof in practice.
- Own transport, valid driver’s license, and willing to travel.
