🧭 Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will be varied, dynamic, and customer-focused. You’ll be working in the field, engaging with people in their homes or businesses, and helping them understand how solar and backup power can transform their energy experience.

Core Duties:

  • Customer Engagement: Approach and interact with potential customers in designated residential or commercial zones.
  • Product Demonstration: Explain how solar panels, battery backups, and portable units work, emphasizing benefits like zero upfront cost, load-shedding protection, and long-term savings.
  • Needs Assessment: Evaluate each customer’s current power situation, energy needs, and location suitability for solar or backup installations.
  • Sales Pitch Delivery: Present tailored, compelling sales pitches using clear, professional, and persuasive communication.
  • Objection Handling: Address customer concerns with confidence and professionalism, offering solutions and clarifying misconceptions.
  • Application Assistance: Help customers complete online or paper-based application forms on-site, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Territory Planning: Strategically plan and cover assigned zones, logging daily activities and tracking progress.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals; maintain accurate records of customer interactions and signed deals.
