Key Responsibilities:
– Greeting and assisting customers with their enquiries and purchases
– Providing product information and recommendations to customers
– Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
– Stocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor
– Assisting with inventory management and stock control
– Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
– Meeting sales targets and actively promoting sales promotions and events
– Working collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals
– Providing exceptional customer service at all times
Skills and Qualifications:
– Previous retail or sales experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong customer service orientation
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
– Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated
– Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
– Knowledge of basic computer applications
Education and Experience:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
