Responsibilities:

Financial Planning: Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Create and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
Strategic Insights: Analyse financial data and provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee the company’s cash flow, ensuring proper allocation and investment of funds.
Risk Management: Manage risk through insurance, hedging and other financial instruments, ensuring the company’s financial stability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives and drive growth.
Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability, driving the company’s financial success.
Financial Record Management: Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records, transactions and documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
SAIPA, SAICA, or other relevant professional certification would be beneficial.
Experience in financial management, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
Proven track record of success in financial management and strategic planning.
Experience in risk management and financial instruments.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
