The Role: Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes, sales documentation and reports
  • Maintain and update CRM data accurately
  • Assist with invoicing and order processing
  • Support the sales team with daily coordination tasks
  • Track sales activity and provide administrative follow-up
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure order fulfilment

  • 2+ years administrative or sales support experience
  • Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office
