🎯 Qualifying Criteria
- IT-related qualification (degree, diploma, or equivalent).
- Additional certifications advantageous (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft).
- Minimum 5 years IT support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Basic networking knowledge: IP, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in a radio station or broadcast environment highly advantageous.
🛠Core Functions
- Provide IT support across the group of companies.
- Device setup and configuration (PCs, laptops, studio computers).
- Ensure backups, antivirus, and endpoint security are operational.
- Basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity).
- Support remote access and VPN connections.
- Provide technical support to staff.
- Support audio streaming and podcast recording setups.
- Monitor technical equipment and report potential failures.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset registers.
