Würth South Africa is looking for a motivated and disciplined Telesales Agent to provide inbound and outbound telephone sales and customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Make inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Conduct cold calls and telephone sales.
- Provide customer service and after-sales support.
- Process customer orders and related administration.
- Maintain accurate customer information.
- Work towards and achieve sales targets.
- Process credit notes.
- Resolve customer queries.
- Promote focus products and special offers during calls.

Requirements
- Matric or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months telesales experience
- Computer literate
- MS Excel and Outlook proficiency
- Strong administrative skills
- Good English communication
- Afrikaans is an advantage

- Able to work under pressure and meet call targets
- Team player
- South African citizen
- Clear credit history
