Job Description
Around The Clock Calling is looking for a confident, experienced Outbound Sales Agent to join our growing team in Cape Town.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for confident, results-driven sales professionals who know how to handle objections and close deals consistently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound sales calls to UK customers
- Confidently overcoming objections and handling resistance
- Delivering a professional, compliant sales experience
- Consistently meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- At least 1 year outbound telesales experience in a call centre (UK Marketplace)
- A proven track record as a top performer (targets, rankings, KPIs)
- Strong objection-handling skills – you don’t fold at the first “no”
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Target-driven mindset with a hunger to earn and succeed
