Job Description
Creative TC LLC supports real estate investors in completing non-traditional real estate transactions. This full-time, permanent role focuses on project coordination and operational processes, not finance or loan processing.
Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients and team via Zoom, phone, email, and chat

Conduct onboarding interviews and manage client data in CRM

Prepare, review, and finalize real estate documents with high accuracy
-
Participate in/lead roleplay sessions
-
Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet timelines and deliverables
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in project/business management (or related)
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in operational project management
-
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Advanced written and spoken English

Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM/task tools

Ability to work independently and break down goals into actionable steps

Required tech: reliable high-speed internet, HD webcam, dual monitors, noise-canceling headset, adequate lighting, UPS (for loadshedding)

Schedule & Pay

Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM CST, Mon–Fri

Salary: $1,000–$1,500 USD/month (R18,000–R27,000) via ACH deposit
