Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To assist in the design aspects of engineering, and be involved in calculations, analysis and have the knowledge to work on the civil design systems.
  • To assist the senior staff accurately and efficiently in the respective division in the compilation and timely submission of tenders and proposals.
  • To be able to compile a bill of quantities.
  • Shadow senior engineers on a site or be assigned as ARE for basic site inspection or supervision.
  • Attend meetings with the client about the tender and project progress.

Minimum Requirements

  • A BSc/BEng degree in Civil Engineering
  • 2+ years post-grad experience (bonus if it’s in dams or hydraulic structures!)
  • Basic modelling skills to support real-world projects
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD & HECRAS – essential
  • Open to site visits and hands-on field experience
  • Ready to travel when needed
  • Valid driver’s license
