About the Program:
PBT Group, a leader in Data & Analytics, is recruiting graduates for its 12-month program starting in 2026. This program combines training, mentorship, and practical experience to prepare you for a career in Business Intelligence (BI) and data.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BSc, BTech, or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Systems (final year or graduate).

  • Knowledge of SDLC, programming, and databases.

  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving ability.

  • Good communication and leadership potential.

  • Must be under 28 and a South African citizen.

Program Structure:

  • First 6 months: Intensive training.

  • Next 6 months: On-the-job experience.
