The Compounder is responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and blending raw materials according to specific formulations and batch records to produce bulk products for filling and packaging. The role requires strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and production schedules.

Candidate Requirements

- Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials according to batch formulas and production instructions.
- Operate mixing, blending, and heating equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor and adjust mixing times, temperatures, and speeds as required.
- Inspect raw materials and report any quality concerns to the Production Supervisor or Formulation Chemist.
- Maintain accurate batch records and documentation for each production run.
- Clean and sanitise equipment and work areas before and after use.
- Assist in stock control of raw materials and inform relevant personnel of shortages.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and on-time order completion.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
