Job Description
We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively engage with customers to promote and sell our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
– Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
– Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best meet those needs
– Provide information about product features, pricing, and availability
– Process customer orders, payments, and returns in a timely and efficient manner
– Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
– Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities
– Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
