Job Description

We are passionate, community driven bicycle shop. We pride ourselves on top tier service, expert advice, and keeping our local cycling community on the move. We are looking for an energetic, hands-on workshop assistant to provide support and keep the shop running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Bicycle prep:

Clean, wash and detail customer bikes brought in for servicing.

Workshop support:

Assist with basic repairs and maintenance tasks.

Keep the workshop clean, organized and free of clutter.

Manage and organize workshop tools and spare parts inventory.

Customer service:

Help book customer bikes in and out of the workshop.

Keep customers updated on the status of their repairs.

Job type:

Full-Time Monday – Friday (07:00 – 17:00)

Required skills

A genuine passion for cycling is a major plus Basic knowledge of bicycle parts and mechanics friendly communication skills and a team player mindset Great work ethic with a hands-on, proactive attitude Strong willingness to learn and take direction from owner
