🎯 Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Call Centre Agent role. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound/outbound calls
  • Engaging customers with persuasive communication
  • Delivering excellent service
  • Identifying needs and promoting products/services
  • Addressing inquiries and meeting sales targets
  • Assisting in training new team members

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Sales/insurance process knowledge (lead generation, pitching, closing)
  • Ability to contribute to training and team development
  • Self-motivated, adaptable to remote work
  • Previous call centre experience preferred

🛠️ Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent, well-spoken English (MUST)
  • Minimum 2 years’ call centre/customer service experience
  • No other jobs/studies/exams pending
  • Laptop/PC with Windows 10/11, 64-bit processor, 8GB RAM (no tablets/cellphones)
  • Fibre internet (20 Mbps upload/download minimum)
  • USB 2.0 headset (no Bluetooth/Aux)
  • Smartphone with WhatsApp
  • LAN/Ethernet cable for stable connection
  • Backup power for router/PC (UPS or generator lasting 4–8 hours)
