Attending to bond and transfer registrations from start to finish
Liaising with banks, clients, estate agents, and the Deeds Office
Preparing and managing conveyancing documentation and correspondence
Ensuring all FICA and compliance requirements are met
General conveyancing administrative duties and file management
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a conveyancing secretary
Proven experience with bond registrations and property transfers from inception to final registration
Sound knowledge of conveyancing processes and documentation
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
Professional communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
