Job Description

Role Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the overall success of the store by providing customers with accurate and relevant information, resolving queries to the best of your ability, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a host/hostess to welcome customers, provide information on products and services through various channels, resolve queries, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Accurately manage the cash desk, including processing orders, exchanges, refunds, and providing cash back on returned goods while recording all transactions.
  • Onboard customers to the loyalty program, recommend additional products, and ensure processes minimize waiting times and enhance service quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal control procedures and till policies while maintaining accurate records for all transactions.
  • Liaise with relevant departments regarding returned goods and escalate any identified risks or issues to management in a timely manner.
