Job Description

Role Overview
As Digital Graphic Designer, you’ll create engaging visual content across social media, web, email, and in-app campaigns. Working closely with marketing and product teams, you’ll ensure brand consistency, optimise creative performance, and support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design static and motion assets for ads, social media, and digital platforms

  • Produce short-form videos and animations for paid campaigns

  • Maintain brand consistency and organised asset libraries

  • Adapt designs based on A/B testing and performance insights

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create on-brand content

First 90 Days

  • Learn Mama Money’s brand, products, and customer experience

  • Build relationships with marketing, product, and sales teams

  • Contribute to campaigns and creative initiatives

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital design (marketing focus)

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, XD)

  • Portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills

  • Experience designing for Meta & Google platforms

  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication

  • Motion design skills and fintech/migrant community experience are a plus
