Job Description

The Facilities Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the company’s buildings, equipment, and infrastructure. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.

Conduct preventive maintenance on facility equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Assist in coordinating external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and projects.

Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.

Support energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability efforts.

Assist in facility improvements and upgrades as needed.

Required skills

Experience in camera and internet installation. Experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment. Good communication skills and ability to liaise with different stakeholders Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
