💼 Werksverantwoordelikhede

  • Bepaal kliënte se behoeftes rakende finansiering, versekering en ander waarde-toegevoegde produkte.
  • Verseker winsgewendheid deur die verkoop van finansiële produkte en dienste.
  • Bestuur finansiële en regsrisiko’s.
  • Dien as kontakpersoon vir banke en versekeringsmaatskappye.
  • Handhaaf administratiewe prosedures.

📋 Vereistes

  • Matrieksertifikaat.
  • Baccalaureusgraad of diploma in besigheidsbestuur; ervaring met finansieringstelsels is ‘n voordeel.
  • Goeie nakomingskennis van die Wet op Finansiële Advies- en Intermediêre Dienste.
  • NCA-gekwalifiseerd.
  • RE5-kwalifikasie.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ondervinding in finansiering en versekering in die motorbedryf.
  • Sterk interpersoonlike en kommunikasievaardighede.
  • Vlot in Afrikaans en Engels.
  • Uitstekende administratiewe dissipline.
  • Diensgerigte ingesteldheid.
  • Vermoë om onder druk te werk en probleme op te los.
  • Selfstandig en spanvaardig.
  • Sterk rekenaarvaardighede.
  • Verkoopsondervinding is ‘n voordeel.

💼 Job Title: Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager – Suzuki Oudtshoorn

🔹 Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs for financing, insurance, and value-added products.
  • Maintain profitability through financial product sales.
  • Manage financial and legal risks.
  • Liaise with banks and insurance providers.
  • Ensure administrative compliance.

🔹 Requirements

  • Matric certificate.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business management; financing system experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of FAIS compliance.
  • NCA qualified.
  • RE5 certification.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in motor industry finance and insurance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
  • Strong administrative discipline.
  • Service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
  • Independent and team-oriented.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Sales experience beneficial.
