Job Description

Are you a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for fire safety design? A leading consultancy in Cape Town is looking for a Fire Engineer to join their team of dedicated professionals. If you have experience designing fire protection systems and want to make a real impact, this is your chance.

Requirements:

  • BEng/BSc in Mechanical Engineering
  • 4+ years’ experience with fire protection systems: smoke detection, fire pumps, hydrants, fire alarms
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop fire safety systems
  • Conduct fire risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation
