Job Description
Are you a commercially minded leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for innovation? This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of operations, strategy, and growth in a specialized manufacturing environment.
As General Manager, you’ll oversee all areas of the business—from production and sales to customer service and team leadership. You’ll lead a team of 45+, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and expansion into domestic and international markets (mining, military, events, exports).
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans aligned to company goals

Oversee batch and custom manufacturing operations

Drive innovation, efficiency, and R&D initiatives

Lead business development and client relationship management

Manage supplier networks, procurement, and logistics

Oversee after-sales support, maintenance, and training
-
Foster a high-performance, people-focused culture

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and manufacturing standards (MIB, NRCS)
Preferred Knowledge:

Trailer manufacturing
-
Welding, plumbing, electrical systems
-
AutoCAD 3D
-
NRCS standards
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Manufacturing
-
7–10 years’ experience in senior operational leadership (preferably manufacturing/custom fabrication)

Strong commercial acumen, technical knowledge, and people leadership
