Job Description
A well-established agricultural environment in the Cederburg is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Manager to oversee primary and occupational health services, coordinate rural community health initiatives, and ensure high-quality clinical governance across on-site facilities.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification: MBChB, or Diploma/Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health
- Registered Healthcare Practitioner
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in community or rural healthcare, including leadership exposure
- Dispensing qualification advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Primary Healthcare and Occupational Health principles
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational abilities
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Compassionate, professional, and committed to improving community health outcomes
- Ability to speak and understand Afrikaans is preferred
