Job Description

Yutiliti is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Billing Agent to join our billing team. The successful candidate will provide support across the daily and monthly billing cycle for Yutiliti fibre clients, including invoicing, payment allocation, account administration, customer billing queries, and maintaining accurate customer information. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in billing, finance administration, and customer account management within a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

· High billing accuracy and minimal invoicing errors.

· Accurate daily payment allocation.

· Up-to-date customer and billing information.

Required skills

Basic administrative experience. Good organisational and time management skills Good written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email and standard computer applications. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
