Job Description
About the Role:
We are recruiting a detail-oriented Label Administrator for a well-established retail solutions company. The role ensures smooth order processing, delivery coordination, and stock management for label products, while providing excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and log customer label orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate deliveries with internal teams and external service providers.
- Monitor stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain stock accountability.
- Communicate with clients regarding orders, delays, and resolution of issues.
- Support branch administration and supervise a small support team.
Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Strong administration, organizational, and logical thinking skills.
- Competent in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
