About the Role:
We’re growing our New Business Division and looking for energetic, goal-driven Lead Generation Consultants to join our vibrant, fast-paced sales team. Your role? To connect with potential clients via outbound calls and spark their interest in the life-changing solutions we offer.
What You Need to Apply:
- Matric / Grade 12 (NQF4 equivalent) — Maths/Maths Lit preferred but not essential
- Fluent in English + at least one additional South African language
- Confident, assertive communicator with quick rapport-building skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Typing speed: 30+ WPM with high accuracy
- 6 months+ outbound call centre experience — essential
- Familiarity with call centre diallers? That’s a bonus!
No previous lead generation experience required! We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
