Job Description
This role serves as the first point of contact for clients at the provincial office, ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience. It combines administrative, financial, and client service responsibilities, supporting the Provincial Head and broader team.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Reception & Client Services: Greeting clients, managing switchboard, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Office Administration: Filing, document management, ordering supplies, mail handling, and secretarial support.
- Financial Duties: Petty cash management, payment requisitions, asset tracking, budget input, and procurement.
- Records Management: On-site and off-site records tracking, retention scheduling, and destruction compliance.
- Event Coordination: Organizing internal and external stakeholder events, sending communications, and managing logistics.
- Support Functions: Assisting Relationship Managers, scanning and saving client documents, updating CRM and internal systems.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or certification in office/business administration.
- Experience: 2–5 years in a similar administrative role.
- Skills: Strong coordination, communication, computer literacy, problem-solving, and governance awareness.
