Role Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organised, and tech-savvy Portfolio Manager to oversee a selection of high-end properties. You will ensure seamless operations, outstanding client service, and efficient property management in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage guest and owner relations, ensuring top-tier service.

Coordinate maintenance, renovations, and operational tasks.

Oversee property checks, luxury shopping, and expense management.

Handle administration: invoices, receipts, statements, and reporting.

Build strong relationships with owners, contractors, and stakeholders.

Provide regular reports on inspections, cancellations, and reviews.
Requirements:

2+ years’ experience managing a short-term rental portfolio (50+ properties preferred).

Strong organisational, multitasking, and administrative skills.

Detail-oriented, punctual, and process-driven.

Tech-savvy, quick learner, and adaptable.

Excellent interpersonal skills with high-net-worth clients.

Valid driver’s license (required).
