Job Title: Rental Agent

Location: Vredekloof, Brackenfell

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Rental Agent with a proven track record to join our dynamic team. If you are self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new business
  • Secure rental mandates & reach monthly targets
  • Manage rental processes and maintain strong tenant and landlord relationships.
  • Oversee office stock and assist with daily operational tasks.
  • Negotiate and close rental agreements effectively.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while handling tenant and client queries.
  • Work independently while meeting deadlines and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a rental agent with a solid track record.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage office stock and assist with day-to-day operations.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

What We Offer

  • Basic salary: R10,000 – R15,000 (depending on experience).
