This position is for candidates who are eager to take full advantage of our training and development initiatives to ensure we continue with our excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
– Completed Matric or equivalent qualification (N3 or NQF4)
– A minimum of 1 year retail sales experience
– Proven track record of sales generation
– An affinity for outdoor or leisure related products and services advantageous
– Excellent verbal communication skills as it is expected to engage with customers and suppliers
Key Responsibilities Include:Â Sales generation, housekeeping, protection of company assets, administration and customer care.
The position is structured with a basic salary and overtime (Sundays and public holidays) with additional benefits: medical aid, pension fund, staff discount and In-store incentive scheme.
