Job Description

AllLife is looking for a results-driven Call Centre Team Leaders to inspire, coach, and lead a team of sales agents to success. If you thrive on motivating people, managing performance, and delivering exceptional service, this is for you.

Requirements

· Must have 3 years’ experience in leading highly successful outbound sales teams

· Must have 3 years’ sound insurance industry knowledge

· Solid experience in selling underwritten life insurance products

· Matric

· Clear Criminal and Credit Record
