Job Description
Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET & React) – POS26018
Based: Sandton
Salary: Market Related
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our client’s team in an environment that values unconventional thinking, internal mobility, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years as a Full Stack Developer (non-negotiable).
- Bachelor of Science or relevant qualification.
- Backend Tech Stack: .NET Core, .NET 6/8, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services (XML/REST), and SQL Server.
- Frontend Tech Stack: ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and reactive/template-driven forms.
- Cloud & Tools:
- Microsoft Azure Ecosystem (SQL, Cosmos, API Management, Key Vault, Functions, App Service, etc.).
- Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
- Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Development: Design, develop, and implement clean, scalable, and maintainable code for user-friendly web applications using React and .NET.
- Architecture: Apply SOLID principles, Microservices, and multi-layer/tier architectures to software solutions.
- API Management: Develop and maintain REST APIs, including expertise in HTTP verbs, security concepts, and Postman.
- Lifecycle Management: Prioritize and execute tasks within the SDLC, participating in agile ceremonies and code reviews.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand functional/non-functional requirements and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Testing & DevOps: Write and maintain unit tests (MSTest, NUnit, xUnit) and utilize Azure CI/CD processes.
