Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and professionally.
  • Providing information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times.
  • Handling cash, card payments, and administrative duties accurately.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Requirements

  • MUST have 3-5 years experience in a hotel environment (non-negotiable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Computer literacy (experience with reservation systems is a plus)
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R7 000,00 – R10 500,00 per month
