Responsible for portfolio performance and staff management, ensuring investment growth by maximizing net income through effective property management and asset control.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Facilities Management: Budgeting, redevelopment, vendor management, tenant installations/take-ons/take-backs, maintenance, and capex.
- Financial Oversight: Budgets, forecasts, arrears, and utilities management.
- Staff Management: Supervise staff functions and conduct performance reviews.
- Leasing Strategy: Reduce vacancies, improve tenant mix, assist redevelopment, maximize income, renew leases.
- Tenant Relations: Regular meetings and surveys to strengthen relationships.
- Reporting & Administration: Deliver operational/management reports and coordinate lease administration.
- Ensure objectives align with broader business goals.
