Job Description

  • Role: Manage key client relationships, ensure SLA compliance, resolve queries, drive customer satisfaction, and oversee revenue collection & billing.

  • Duties:

    • Build/maintain stakeholder relationships.

    • Handle client queries, contract amendments, invoices & debtors.

    • Manage suppliers, insurance claims & service providers.

    • Conduct asset reconciliations, vehicle audits, inspections & reporting.

    • Monitor SLAs, identify trends/risks, and recommend improvements.

  • Skills/Knowledge: Customer relations, contract & cost management, fleet telematics, FML, Road Traffic Act.

  • Requirements:

    • NQF5 in Customer Care/Admin/Fleet Management.

    • 3 years client management & fleet industry experience.

    • Code 08 driver’s license.

  • Benefits: R21k–R30k/month, relocation package, cellphone allowance, company car & fuel card
