An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced hospitality professional to lead the operations of a portfolio of luxury boutique hotels and villas in Cape Town’s most exclusive neighbourhoods.
We’re looking for a dynamic, personable, and highly organised General Manager with a strong background in luxury hospitality to oversee day-to-day operations, drive service excellence, and ensure sustainable business growth.
Minimum Requirements
-
5+ years’ senior management in luxury boutique hotels, guesthouses, or villas
-
Proven strength in operations, guest relations & financial management
-
Experience leading diverse teams across multiple properties
-
Skilled in RoomRacoon (preferred) & MS Office
-
Solid knowledge of food, wine & F&B operations
-
Own reliable transport and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations across all properties, ensuring seamless service

Personally engage with guests and manage feedback
-
Drive revenue growth, budgeting, and cost control

Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performance teams
-
Ensure property standards, supplier coordination & legal compliance

Support marketing, brand positioning & guest communications
