Chief Operating Officer

Purpose of the Role

Lead negotiations, budgeting, purchasing, and workflow optimization to enhance productivity and performance. Manage cross-functional teams, partnerships, and business goals to drive efficiency, strengthen organizational performance, and achieve strategic objectives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Business Management.
  • NQF Level 9 qualification (essential).
  • 10+ years in the transport industry, 5+ years in leadership.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, finance, customer service.
  • Aviation and road freight experience advantageous.
  • Proven managerial and leadership ability.
