Job Description

Employer: Workers Holdings

Manage and Monitor all aspects of the Debtors Department

Responsibilities

•⁠  ⁠Manage debtors book

•⁠  ⁠Capture EFT payments from the bank statements & close off related invoices on SAP

•⁠  ⁠Vet new account applications & apply for cover for CGIC

•⁠  ⁠Ensure effective credit control, timely debt collection and accurate debtors reporting

•⁠  ⁠Assist with development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for the debtors function

 

Required Skills

  • Ms Office: 1 to 2 years
  • Sap Business One: 1 to 2 years
  • Debtors Supervisor: 3 to 4 years

Candidate Requirements

3-5 years’ experience as a debtors supervisor with a high book value

Experience working on SAP Business One & MS Office

Matric non-negotiable
