Job Description
Title:Â Global Payroll Simulation Specialist (EOR)
Scope:Â Build, calculate and grow models to simulate fully-loaded employer costs across all territories globally (EOR vs. local entity), including statutory employer taxes, mandatory benefits, customary perks, FX, and start dates. Calibrate with provider quotes and produce a playbook for clients to choose from. Advance research ability in all countries to understand and apply local legislation, tax requirements, employment benefits, bargaining council requirements, treaties, tax exemptions and other aspects that may influence the clients cost to company, whilst balancing it with the contractors payment expectation. Formulate and present final full solution to client for approval.
Must-have:Â 3+ years global payroll/EOR, hands-on with at least 2 EOR platforms; advanced Excel/Sheets; scenario modelling; clear documentation.
Experience in EMEA, America’s, Asia and other global markets. Advanced research ability and interpretational skills, think out of the box attitude and advance calculation proficiency. Advance negotiation skills not only with clients but with providers and partners.
Output:Â Country cost matrix, assumptions log, sensitivity analysis, and hiring recommendations by country.
