Job Description

Retention Agent needed :

Key Responsibilities

-Contact existing clients to strengthen relationships and maintain engagement.

-Identify and address client concerns to improve retention rates.

-Proactively prevent account cancellations and recover at-risk clients.

-Present suitable products, services, and opportunities that align with clients’ needs.

-Conduct account reviews and provide tailored solutions.

-Meet and exceed retention, sales, and revenue targets.

-Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity.

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client experiences.

-Stay informed about market trends and industry developments.

Required skills

CRM experience is advantageous Excellent communication and negotiation skills Financial services, trading, or investment industry experience is a plus but not essential. Professional telephone manner and confidence speaking with clients. Strong objection-handling and problem-solving abilities
