Duties
Customer Experience
- Be professional
- Greet, smile and acknowledge customers
- Know layout of store to direct customers to products
Store Disciplines & Productivity
- Opening & closing procedures are followed
- To ensure all merchandising principles are in place at all times and that every item is ticketed
Minimise risk through process compliance:
- Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual
- Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates
- Cash handling – assist at point of sale and with cash ups
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years retail experience would be advantageous
- A genuine interest in health and wellness – brand ambassadors
- Basic computer literacy
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
- Competency Assessment Achieved
