Job Description

Salary: Approximately R7,524.56 + incentives/commission.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Customer service/sales experience
  • International customer-service experience advantageous/required for the campaign
  • Strong communication
  • Ability to upsell
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to meet sales and service targets

Main duties:

  • Assist UK customers
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Provide product/service information
  • Identify sales opportunities
  • Upsell suitable products/services
  • Resolve customer concerns
  • Meet campaign targets
