Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Around 2 years’ customer service/call-centre experience and/or relevant utilities experience
  • Minimum typing speed of approximately 25 WPM
  • Good English communication
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work rotational UK/US shifts

Main duties:

  • Handle customer queries
  • Assist customers with utility-related enquiries
  • Resolve problems
  • Update customer information
  • Follow customer-service procedures
  • Maintain professional communication
