Experience

  • 5+ years in marketing, with 3+ in a managerial role in automotive or commercial dealerships
  • Proven success in digital marketing (social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM)
  • Strong B2C marketing, event management, and CRM experience

Education

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certifications in digital marketing are a plus

B2C Events & Aftersales Growth

  • Plan and execute promotions, roadshows, and customer events
  • Drive aftersales carpark growth through targeted campaigns
  • Monitor and report on carpark performance

Manufacturer Relations

  • Act as liaison between dealerships and vehicle manufacturers
  • Execute manufacturer-driven campaigns and ensure compliance
  • Maximize rebates and incentives through strong partnerships

Data & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Prepare monthly reports for senior management
  • Refine strategies based on data to boost lead generation and sales

Team Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, aftersales, and customer service teams
  • Support dealership staff with campaign execution
  • Ensure high-quality marketing materials through collaboration with creative teams
