Job Description
FINANCIAL MANAGER Cape Town (Parrow)
Reference: WO-000007
Responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis while providing strategic financial guidance to management.
The role includes preparing accurate monthly and annual financial reports, managing cash flow, overseeing debtors and creditors, and ensuring sufficient working capital.
Ensures compliance with South African Revenue Service regulations, manages VAT and PAYE submissions, and coordinates audits.
Additional responsibilities include implementing internal controls, managing financial risks, improving cost efficiency, preventing fraud, and supervising and mentoring finance staff, including payroll oversight.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (overtime when required).
Not required to sign off on financial statements.

Candidate Requirements
The position requires a relevant FINANCE QUALIFICATION;
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional qualification (CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA) advantageous.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in financial management) strong analytical and leadership skills, proficiency in accounting software, advanced Excel skills, Sage & Xero.
High ethical standards.
